He was pronounced dead at the scene, and a 19-year-old, identified by police as Isaac Amaya, was arrested a short time later and now faces a murder charge.
According to the Dallas Police Department, officers were called out at approximately 12:00 a.m. A preliminary investigation determined that Ellegde had been shot by the suspect.
