A 21-year-old man has been charged in connection with a fatal attack on a family in Delta Township on Friday last week. Authorities said Alexander Lamar Banks Jr. faces multiple felony charges, including first-degree murder and attempted murder, after allegedly striking a family with his vehicle and then shooting at them.
