The Detroit Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the community in locating Sheldon Robinson, a 34-year-old man reported missing since he was last observed leaving a Metro Detroit hospital on January 19. He was spotted exiting the medical facility located on the 3900 block of John R Street, and there have been no sightings of him since then. In a report shared by ClickOnDetroit, details regarding his appearance include his height at 5 feet 9 inches and a weight of approximately 160 pounds. Robinson has brown eyes and black hair.
Robinson's current clothing remains unknown, adding to the difficulty of pinpointing his whereabouts. Via the same report, his mother has voiced concerns about his well-being, revealing that he is contending with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, which could potentially complicate his situation. This personal information underscores the urgency in tracing Robinson's steps.
Furthering the efforts, the Detroit Police Department's Missing Persons unit has taken to social media, urging anyone with information to come forward. In a post on Facebook, authorities succinctly appealed: "Please help us find missing Sheldon Robinson. If you have any information, please call the Detroit Police Department's 6th Precinct at 313-596-5640."
