She was described last wearing a blue jacket, white shorts over black leggings, and standing at 5'9", with black and gray hair, brown eyes, and weighing 138 pounds. Having dementia and schizophrenia, according to her caregiver, Evans could be particularly at risk.

The Detroit Police has utilized social media as part of their strategy to request aid, emphasizing the seriousness of her disappearance.
