The Fairfield County Health Department is currently inviting residents to participate in a tobacco use survey in an effort to grasp the community's understanding of the issues and potential solutions related to tobacco consumption among both youth and adults. As reported on the Fairfield County Health Department Facebook page, the online questionnaire is designed to be a quick process, estimated to take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
Residents who wish to contribute their insights can do so by scanning a QR code or following a provided link; the survey comes along with a bit of incentive. Complete it, snap a shot of your confirmation screen and you could find yourself entered into a raffle for a gift card—not a bad trade-off for less than a quarter-hour of your time. To be eligible for this gift card giveaway, participants must send a screenshot of their completed survey to [email protected] or direct message it to the Health Department.
