According to the Sacramento Business Journal, Haute Coffee has opened a Roseville shop at 4000 Foothills Blvd., Suite 130. Local ordering pages for both suburbs are already live on Toast and Toast, suggesting the new spots are taking scheduled orders even as broader corporate details catch up.

Haute Coffee started life as a mobile luxury coffee truck in March 2023 and later expanded into a brick-and-mortar shop in Southwest Ranches, Florida, according to the brand’s website (Haute Coffee). The company spotlights Yemeni and Ethiopian roasts, sun-dried beans, and certified kosher and halal syrups as key parts of its menu.
