HTeaO is set to officially open its Atascocita shop on Saturday, Feb. 14, with a grand opening that leans heavily into giveaways. The store will hand out free tea from 10 a.m. to noon and a commemorative T-shirt to the first 250 customers in line. The new drive thru at 17622 W. Lake Houston Parkway adds one more flavored-tea option to the Lake Houston corridor's busy mix of quick-service drink spots.
Grand opening details
According to Community Impact, the promotions were outlined in a Feb. 3 email from HTeaO's franchise marketing department. Guests can expect the chain's trademark spread of more than 20 iced-tea flavors, classic lemonade and specialty drinks such as the Desert Pear Refresher and the Dirty Cherry Poppi. The shop will also pour hot and iced coffees brewed with beans from Free Rein Coffee Company.
Location and shop features
On HTeaO, the Atascocita listing is still tagged "Coming Soon" and shows a layout that includes indoor service alongside a single-lane drive thru. The brand's materials highlight quick pickup, gallon-sized jugs of tea and in-store merchandise as part of its standard store setup.
Part of a regional expansion
Industry coverage has HTeaO closing out 2025 with roughly 35 new store openings and operating in more than 150 locations nationwide, with plans for more than 40 additional openings in 2026. QSR Web reported those growth figures, while local coverage of nearby debuts, including reported lines at the Conroe drive-thru, suggests the concept is drawing eager customers in Houston suburbs.
Build size and timeline
Public filings cited in earlier coverage show the Atascocita shop was planned as a roughly 2,206-square-foot build with a drive thru and a construction window set for last year. Community Impact noted the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing and the project details.
