Santo Montecalvo, vice president of the Citizens Crime Commission, told 6abc, "We're looking for an armed gunman who is seen in video running through streets of Philadelphia shooting at the victim." According to the station, the person in the clip is covered head to toe in dark clothing, with both face and head concealed.

Chandler, 32, was shot multiple times shortly after 1 p.m. on March 25, 2021, along the 5200 block of Knox Street in the Germantown section of the city and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.
