
Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Precinct 4 rushed to the 2400 block of FM 1960 Road in northwest Harris County late Sunday after reports of a shooting along the busy corridor. One person was hit by gunfire and taken to a local hospital, according to officials. Authorities did not immediately release the victim’s name or condition.

In a post on Facebook, the Constable Mark Herman's Office said deputies responded to a shooting near the 2400 block of FM 1960 Road and that one individual who was shot was transported to a local hospital. The office also used the post to remind residents to follow the precinct’s Facebook page and download the C4 NOW mobile app for live updates.
