
Local business leaders shared their experiences at Hillsborough County’s ‘Business of Well-Being’ event on Friday. Hosted by Hillsborough County Economic Development, the panel featured entrepreneurs who turned personal wellness passions into successful businesses. Attendees also had opportunities to network and connect.
According to the Hillsborough County, February Local Stories Live event featured local entrepreneurs Sriram Moorth of VED Living, Nate Hammond of Elevated Embers, and Leta Perez of Not Guilty Pleasures, according to Hillsborough County’s newsroom. The event also included breakfast and networking opportunities.
VED Living provides Ayurvedic health services focused on stress management and healthy habits. Elevated Embers offers luxury mobile sauna rentals. Not Guilty Pleasures sells gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegetarian baked goods designed to keep traditional flavors, according to Hillsborough County’s newsroom.
The event highlighted Hillsborough County’s support for local entrepreneurs, combining business development with wellness. The panel was streamed live on the county’s Facebook page. Those interested in future workshops can RSVP through the Entrepreneur Collaborative Center’s online calendar.
The event is part of Hillsborough County’s effort to support small businesses. It was held at the Entrepreneur Collaborative Center (ECC) at 2101 E. Palm Ave. in Tampa. County officials said the program is designed to connect entrepreneurs with resources and networking opportunities.
