Moxie, a membership-based social, coworking and wellness club for women, has leased a 5,234-square-foot building at 507 Providence Road and is targeting an early 2027 opening. The two-story space is set to blend a cafe and cocktail bar with conference rooms, a podcast studio, a provisions market and private-event rooms, plus wellness programming like Pilates, yoga, massage and guided meditation alongside flexible workspaces.

According to What Now Charlotte, Moxie has signed a lease for the 5,234-square-foot building at 507 Providence Road and plans to pack the space with a cafe, a cocktail bar and a provisions market. The club will also feature conference rooms, a podcast studio and private-event space, along with wellness services that include Pilates, yoga, massage and meditation.
"Moxie brings work, wellness and community together under one roof," founder Margaret Cheatham Williams said in the release, as reported by What Now Charlotte. She described the concept as an answer to the rise of remote work and the demand for spaces that provide both practical infrastructure and genuine social connection.

Property listings show the freestanding building at the corner of Providence Road and Crescent Avenue comes in at about 5,234 square feet and can be split into two 2,617-square-foot floors, according to PropertyShark. Moxie is already gathering interest and sign-ups online, and prospective members can request updates via Moxie CLT.
The Myers Park and Elizabeth corridor has been steadily filling in with amenity-driven spots, and a membership club built around programming and recurring events is geared to add daytime foot traffic and private bookings to the block.
