A Miami man is facing a slew of charges after his spouse uncovered child pornography that resulted in a domestic battery incident. Daniel Nemehiah Little, 36, has been arrested on 15 counts of possession of images depicting sexual performance by a child, as well as charges related to domestic violence, according to NBC Miami. The arrest report details a violent altercation where Little is accused of choking his husband to the point of unconsciousness after being confronted about the incriminating content.

The victim, who had been married to Little for about eight months, discovered the offensive material on Monday, which sparked the confrontation and subsequent attack. The husband later found two hard drives while organizing a closet. When confronted, Little allegedly snatched them away and, once again, choked his husband until he lost consciousness, Local 10 reported.

Evidence of the child pornography was provided to police when the victim brought Little's laptop and a hard drive to authorities. Investigators found videos and images, some involving infants, which led to Little's multiple charges. "The witness stated that through the course of their relationship, he noticed the defendant would receive transactions in small amounts that he believes were payments to the defendant for the sale of child sexual abuse material," the arrest report stated, underscoring the severity of the allegations, as reported by NBC Miami.

Little, originally from California, was under the influence of an unknown substance at the time of his arrest and thus could not be interviewed, detectives said. He was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and faces a total of 18 charges across two cases—most of them for the possession, creation, or distribution of child pornography. His bond in the pornography case was set at $37,500, and Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Cristina Miranda is presiding over the cases, according to court documents.
