It's been a successful run for the taqueria since its opening in 2016, with accolades including three consecutive “Best Tacos” nods from the Orlando Sentinel’s Foodie Awards and features in The New York Times’ “36 Hours in Orlando.” Recognition also extends to the coveted Michelin Guide, where Black Rooster has made an appearance every year since 2022, as Orlando Shine highlights. Chef John Calloway, who owns the restaurant with his wife Juliana, reiterated the importance of this milestone, “Ten years in business is something we don’t take lightly,” he conveyed, expressing gratitude for the unwavering support from patrons and the neighborhood.
Among the special promotions, attendees can score a limited-edition 10th Anniversary Keychain that offers 10 percent off throughout the year, available to the first ten lunch and dinner guests who request it.
