
The Philadelphia Police Department has issued a call to the community in hopes of finding Montez Henry Xavier Swinson, a missing 15-year-old from the city's 15th District. Montez was reported last seen over two months ago, on November 27, 2025, around 5:30 pm on the 1300 block of Arrott Street. Details shared via a social media post from PPD Missing Persons depict Montez as a youth standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 190lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair, and a stocky build.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black pants and a white T-shirt, and while specifics on where he might have gone or with whom remain elusive, authorities are urging anyone with information to step forward. The urgency to locate him grows with each passing day, his whereabouts a puzzle, demanding the engagement and vigilance of all who might lend their eyes and ears.
