The course offers a blend of discussions, tours, and hands-on demonstrations that provide insights into various county operations, an opportunity for those looking to enhance their understanding of local governance and its impact on community life, the enrollment is free, includes snacks, and concludes with the bonus of a graduation ceremony, a commemorative class photo and a diploma signed by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
