According to the Valley News Dispatch, investigators tied Fields to an Oct. 25 shooting on Frankstown Avenue and an Oct. 26 shooting at the Wilkinsburg Park and Ride, and ballistics work connected a gun to a third incident. The outlet reports that Fields faces attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy, reckless endangering and multiple weapons charges.
