The Verona Police Department is currently on the lookout for a Pittsburgh woman, accused of misappropriating funds from a care-dependent individual she was entrusted to attend to. Angel Thomas, aged 31, is believed to have illegally withdrawn money from the bank account of the person under her care.
Charges against Thomas include theft and financial exploitation of a care-dependent person. As reported by WPXI, this is not the first time Thomas has faced legal troubles; she has several other warrants out for her arrest, one of which includes a federal offense for cocaine distribution, as well as assault, criminal mischief, and terroristic threats.
According to WTAE, the additional allegations against Thomas are serious and compound the severity of her current situation. If anyone has information regarding the location of Angel Thomas, who has become a person of interest in multiple active investigations, they are encouraged to immediately reach out to the Verona Police Department.
