Drivers in downtown Raleigh should expect road closures on East Martin Street this week. Raleigh Water will conduct infrastructure work as part of the city’s Capital Improvement Program. Closures will affect the 0 block of East Martin Street between Fayetteville and S. Wilmington Street, including the intersection with S. Wilmington Street. Work is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today, and Friday.
