Georgetown’s Wolf Ranch Town Center has a new sandwich stop in the mix, as Potbelly has quietly started serving its toasted sandwiches, shakes, and wraps to shoppers. The compact storefront, run by franchise partners Jignesh and Nitin Patel, opened in mid-February and adds yet another national name to the Town Center lineup, with dine-in, delivery, and catering on the table from day one.
Grand opening and basics
According to Community Impact, the shop officially opened Feb. 17 and is listed at 1013 W. University Ave., Ste. 150. A company news release, reported by Franchising.com, said the store planned a Feb. 20 grand-opening celebration, complete with a 9:45 a.m. ribbon-cutting and giveaways for the first 50 people in line. That release also lists regular hours and notes that delivery, order-ahead, and catering are all available at the new shop.
Local owners and plans
The Georgetown location is led by business partners Jignesh and Nitin Patel, described by the company as local operators with hospitality experience. “Our goal at Wolf Ranch, and with all of our locations, is to become a part of the local fabric,” Jignesh said in the company release quoted by Franchising.com. The partners say they hope the shop becomes a familiar stop for shoppers, workers, and residents nearby.

A Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation project record lists the Wolf Ranch Potbelly as a new-construction project at 1013 W University Ave., Suite 150, covering roughly 2,095 square feet, with Jignesh Patel named as the contact person.
