Clearwater’s Sea‑Blues Festival is rolling back onto the Coachman Park green Feb. 28–March 1, serving up two days of waterfront blues, fresh seafood and free general admission on the downtown bayfront. Lineup And Highlights

Tickets, VIP And Rules
General admission to the main grounds is free, but Captain’s Krewe elevated packages (about $75) include front‑of‑stage open seating, a tented lounge, two drinks, a meal and event swag. The festival will be cashless and enforces park rules such as no smoking or vaping in general areas, and leashed dogs are allowed outside the Captain’s Krewe section. Getting There
Coachman Park sits on the downtown waterfront at 300 Cleveland St., and downtown parking garages and lots tend to fill fast on festival nights, so organizers recommend arriving early or using rideshare.
