Sit Lo Saigon, a Vietnamese fast-casual restaurant from the team behind Saigon Alley Kitchen + Bar, is expanding to Arden-Arcade with a new location at 565 Howe Avenue near Arden Fair, taking over the former Bruchi’s space. The concept will offer quick-service pho, noodles, banh mi and other Vietnamese staples in a busy corridor, and the signed lease marks another step in the group’s broader local expansion, according to Sacramento Business Journal.
Who’s behind the concept
Sit Lo’s official site identifies the brand as being “brought to you by the creators of Saigon Alley Kitchen & Bar” and lists current Sit Lo locations in Elk Grove and Davis. The chain presents itself as a fast-casual noodle bar built around long-simmered broths and streamlined pho bowls, a setup that fits neatly with a strip-center, order-at-the-counter style of service.
The space's past
The Howe Avenue address has served as home base for Bruchi’s CheeseSteaks for years, and Bruchi’s own locations page lists 565 Howe Avenue as its Sacramento site. That long tenure means the property is already well known to regular shoppers and commuters in the Arden-Arcade corridor, so the new tenant will be stepping into a retail spot that sees plenty of traffic.
Local dining context
The owners behind Saigon Alley and Sit Lo have been active across the region, opening, testing and refining several concepts as they grow, including recent openings and a Folsom closure reported late last year. Local coverage notes that the group is planning continued growth in 2026 while it fine-tunes where and how its concepts operate throughout the Sacramento area.
No public opening date has been announced yet for the Arden-Arcade Sit Lo location. The Sacramento Business Journal coverage lays out the lease details but does not include a timeline, and the owners have not released specifics on when they expect the new spot to debut.
