Seia, a contemporary Italian restaurant and invitation-only members club from OKO Group and The Bastion Collection, is set to open March 14, 2026 at the very top of 830 Brickell, giving Miami’s financial district a sky-high dining room with views to match the rent. The restaurant will occupy the 54th floor and the private Seia Club will sit just above on the 55th, both with terraces that look out over Biscayne Bay. The concept pairs seasonally driven Southern Italian cooking with museum-level art and a cocktail program geared to everything from buttoned-up power lunches to long, wine-soaked dinners.
Art, design and the menu
Opening March 14, 2026, Seia’s dining room is anchored by a work from Andy Warhol’s Camouflage series and also showcases pieces by Damien Hirst, Keith Haring, Richard Prince and Ling Pui, according to Time Out. The menu leans into Southern Italian traditions, with dishes like focaccia rossa finished table-side, sardine crostini, carpaccio di gamberi di Mazara, grilled octopus, linguine alle vongole lupini, whole Dover sole with zucchini escabeche and a cotoletta alla Milanese finished with vacca rossa parmigiano. Interiors by Laurence Macadam of Zervudachi, Roberts & Macadam London combine clean lines and layered materials so the room reads polished and modern without losing warmer, natural textures.
Private club, tenant perks and pricing
Seia and Seia Club will take over the top two floors of 830 Brickell, a collaboration detailed on the OKO Group portfolio page. Seia Club is designed as a daytime business hub that shifts into a more social space at night, with private dining rooms, curated programming and its own terrace. Tenants in the tower have been offered invitations to join, with membership reportedly set around a $25,000 initiation fee and $5,000 in annual dues, according to reporting by The Real Deal. The setup follows a broader wave of high-end private clubs in South Florida that blend hospitality, culture and networking into one members-only package.
Who’s running the kitchen and the bar
Executive chefs Salvatore Martone and Alessandro Morrone, both from southern Italy, will lead Seia’s kitchen and are putting together a menu built around seasonality and shareable plates, per Miami New Times. On the drinks side, Michele Montauti oversees the cocktail program. Time Out notes that his background includes directing beverage for Aman properties in Asia and describes a lineup that starts with crisp aperitivo-style options and moves into more spirit-forward drinks later in the day. Together, the food and beverage teams are aiming for something that can handle serious daytime meetings as easily as full-tilt fine dining at night.
Seia's place in Brickell
The restaurant and club cap off a fully leased 830 Brickell, which lists tenants including Citadel and Microsoft and underscores developers’ bet on Brickell as both a business and dining destination, according to OKO Group. The Bastion Collection’s role brings Michelin-recognized credentials into the neighborhood, a reputation the group built with restaurants such as L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Le Jardinier. For locals, Seia adds another option for after-hours life in a part of town that has often been defined by its daytime dealmaking.
Reservations and membership inquiries are being handled through Seia’s official channels, with booking and member-application details available at Seia. The Bastion Collection has also posted renderings and project details, including terrace and interior layouts, at The Bastion Collection. Menus and member programming are expected to roll out as Seia gets closer to its March 14 opening date.
