The new store at 3267 S. Chase Ave. brings a drive-through lane, counter service and mobile-order pickup aimed at commuters and nearby residents. The outlet is expected to run early-morning through evening hours in line with the chain’s typical schedule.
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the shop opened Tuesday and sits alongside a shopping center anchored by a Piggly Wiggly, a Goodwill and Rosati's Pizza. The paper notes it is Bay View's first full-service Dunkin, which means locals no longer have to leave the neighborhood for a standard Dunkin run.

Local reports and city records identify franchisee Ravi Pandya as the person behind the Bay View location. Pandya already operates several other Dunkin stores around Milwaukee, according to BizTimes Milwaukee, and Pandya Management Inc. is listed on the licensing and occupancy documents for the South Chase storefront.
So while the orange-and-pink branding is corporate, the day-to-day operation is in the hands of a familiar local franchise owner who has already been running the playbook elsewhere in the city.
