South Euclid is about to smell a whole lot like fresh-baked cinnamon. Cinnaholic, the national build-your-own cinnamon roll chain, will open a Cleveland-area storefront this Friday, Feb. 27, at Cedar Center North in South Euclid. The shop will serve made-from-scratch, 100-percent plant-based cinnamon rolls, plus brownies, cookies and a rotating vegan soft-serve lineup.
Grand Opening, Hours and Address
According to Cinnaholic, the South Euclid bakery's grand opening is set for Feb. 27 at 13953 Cedar Road, Unit 18. The shop is slated to operate 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week. The listing highlights the chain's create-your-own counter for frostings and toppings and notes that additional sweets will be available on site.

Lyndhurst-based franchise owner Saiydah Weems told Cleveland.com that customers will be able to build rolls at the counter from more than 20 premium frostings and toppings. Signature creations will include the Old Skool roll, Cookie Monster and a Caramel Apple Pie roll.
"Everything (at Cinnaholic) is vegan, there’s no meat or dairy," Weems said. She also told the outlet she is seeking kosher certification with Rabbi Shimon Gutman at Cleveland Kosher.
