Jack's Urban Eats is officially headed to Delta Shores in south Sacramento, giving the Sacramento born fast casual chain another local outpost as it rides a busy expansion streak. The new restaurant joins a Carmichael location slated to open this month and a planned site in Rocklin.

According to the restaurant's locations page, Jack's lists the Delta Shores address at 8148 Delta Shores Cir S as "Coming Soon," and also shows a Carmichael Village entry marked "Opening February 2026," per Jack's Urban Eats.
Timeline And Patio Plans
Jeremy Goebel, a corporate manager with the chain, told What Now Sacramento, "We are very excited for this project," and said the Delta Shores restaurant is tracking for a summer 2026 opening. The plans include a year round patio outfitted with heaters and fans, and the same outlet notes that the Delta Shores address appears in a recently filed alcohol license with the city.
What Will Be On The Menu
The Delta Shores spot is expected to carry Jack's full dine in and takeout lineup, including carved tri tip sandwiches, fried chicken and other artisan handhelds, build your own salads and the chain's signature Urban Fries, items that appear consistently on third party menu listings. According to DoorDash, the Urban Fries are tossed with blue cheese, chili flakes and a chili oil drizzle.
Other Openings Around The Region
Jack's has also secured a pad at Rocklin's Whitney Ranch Retail Center and is listed among early tenants in development coverage, while a West Sacramento Club Pheasant listing has likewise been reported. The Carmichael Village restaurant is due to open this month, according to Onsite Observer. Whitney Ranch's retail center is expected to debut in 2026 with Nugget Market as an anchor alongside smaller pads reserved for restaurants and service tenants.
For shoppers and moviegoers at Delta Shores, the new Jack's should widen the quick casual choices and bring fresh local hiring. The brand traces its roots to Sacramento in 1998 and now lists multiple Northern California locations on its roster, per Visit Folsom.
