Early customers are already stopping in for pancakes, eggs and a poutine-style breakfast bowl, while owner Kevin Khandan makes the rounds, greeting guests and leaning into the idea of a neighborhood spot where everything is cooked to order, as reported by Sunset Grill.
The restaurant is located at 6870 S. Fort Apache Road, Unit 101, and lists daily hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to Sunset Grill. The company site also provides a phone number for the Fort Apache outpost and notes that the location is open for both dine-in and takeout.
Owner-first service and a breakfast-forward menu
Khandan told What Now that hospitality sits at the center of his game plan. He makes a point of introducing himself to guests and wants the restaurant to feel woven into the community. The menu leans into an "all-day breakfast" approach, with bennies, omelets and pancakes, and the kitchen cooks each order on flat tops instead of using deep fryers. The piece also notes that the Las Vegas location relies on beef tallow rather than seed oils for certain dishes. In a nod to the brand’s roots, there is a poutine riff that swaps gravy for hollandaise and features real Canadian bacon among the options.
