What the department posted
On its official X account, the Edmonds Police Department shared a short update confirming that “the suspects are in custody” and that “EPD will remain on scene for additional investigation,” noting that SWAT personnel and vehicles were part of the multi-unit operation. The post also named the agency’s Problem-Solving Emphasis Team as the unit leading the action and said more information would come as detectives continued their work, according to Edmonds Police Department.
