Concord, NC faced an abrupt disruption this past Monday morning when a local storage facility on Warren C Coleman Blvd became the center of emergency response. According to a social media post from the City of Concord NC Fire Department, a call regarding a commercial structure fire was received at 09:53 on Friday.
Responding promptly to the incident, Engine Co. 3 found the facility engulfed in heavy smoke and immediately declared a working fire. The situation, which could have spiraled into a greater calamity, was contained by the department, bringing the fire under control within a merely 11 minutes of their arrival, at 10:04 AM. During the operation, one individual was treated on scene for symptoms of smoke inhalation, as detailed in the department's update.

Engine Companies 3, 5, 7, 8, 4, as well as Rescue Co. 3 were joined by Battalion Chief 1 & 3, and the Harrisburg Ladder Co. 31.
