The space appears to be opening with a dinner-only menu posted near the entrance, with a name that nods to Boyd Gaming’s 1975 founding year and a lineup built around shareable plates and oversized entrees aimed at both locals and out-of-town casino guests. Early menu items listed include cheese curds, loaded tater tots, banh mi sliders, brisket nachos and a Hangover burger stacked with smoked bacon and a fried egg.

The dinner menu leans into casual sharables and hearty mains, with offerings that range from jumbo pretzels and banh mi sliders to pizzas, burgers and larger plates such as Cajun chicken pasta and beef short ribs braised in Guinness. The paper noted that a sign outside announced the Wednesday launch and that it had requested comment from a representative for Boyd Gaming.
