
A late-night stabbing on Edmondson Avenue has Baltimore police looking for three suspects after a 28-year-old man was attacked on Wednesday. Officers responded around 10:30 p.m. to the 1800 block of Edmondson Avenue for a report of a cutting and found the man suffering from an arm wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where his injuries were described as non-life-threatening. Western District detectives have opened an investigation and are asking anyone who knows what happened to speak up.

According to FOX45 News, officers learned the 28-year-old was assaulted by three unidentified males and suffered stab wounds to the arm before being transported to a local hospital. Western District detectives are handling the case and are looking for anyone who may have witnessed the attack or caught it on camera to contact them.
Edmondson Avenue's Recent Violence
The Edmondson Avenue corridor has seen other serious incidents in recent years. In June 2025, The Washington Post reported two separate shootings along the stretch that wounded eight people. City officials and community leaders have repeatedly urged residents to share tips and video when they can, saying neighborhood information is often what breaks cases open.
