Mr. Evans, identified as a black male with gray or white hair and brown eyes, was last seen on Friday, at approximately 10:30 p.m. along the 1800 block of Sunset Road in Charlotte. CMPD has raised concerns as Mr. Evans has a noted cognitive impairment that may leave him lost or confused. Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is urged to contact authorities at 9-1-1 immediately. Details about Mr. Evans, including his last known clothing—a black baseball cap, a black zip-up jacket, dark colored pants, and navy blue and gray Nike Air Jordan sneakers—have been released in hopes of aiding the public in recognizing him.,
