The department's Facebook post on the Vancouver Police Department page asked, "Can you identify this exposure suspect?" and urged anyone who recognizes the person to email Officer Morgan Wells at [email protected], referencing case number 2026-2625. Police also asked that members of the public not approach the man and instead pass any information directly to investigators.
