Police are searching for four suspects after an armed robbery Thursday evening in South Los Angeles, where a group of men allegedly pulled a handgun, grabbed valuables, and took off in a white Chrysler.
Officers responded shortly before 6:50 p.m. to reports of the robbery near West 43rd and Hoover streets. Investigators say the men, described as being in their 20s to 30s, left the scene with items that included AirPods and clothing.
According to MyNewsLA, officers say the four men were last seen heading westbound on West 43rd Street toward Menlo Avenue after the robbery. Police initially dispatched units after a call at about 6:50 p.m. No arrests had been announced, and investigators had not released identifying information for the suspects.

Detectives determined after a preliminary investigation that the weapon used during the holdup was a handgun, police told MyNewsLA. The suspects were described as males between 20 and 30 years old, and the white Chrysler was again reported heading west along West 43rd toward Menlo Avenue. Officers said the victims reported AirPods and clothing among the items taken.
