According to WhatNow, a plan-review filing from SDRS Enterprises, LLC lists a Ziggi’s drive-thru at the Hueland Pond Boulevard address. WhatNow had previously highlighted neighborhood chatter that a Ziggi’s was being lined up for the area late last year, and this paperwork is the clearest sign yet that the project is moving forward.
Ziggi’s On A Fast Expansion Track
FastCasual reports that Ziggi’s now operates roughly 105 locations across 22 states, with more than 200 additional units somewhere in the development pipeline. That kind of growth has pushed the Colorado-born brand into new Sunbelt markets where drive-thru coffee concepts tend to thrive.

The company traces its roots to a single 2004 coffee shop in Longmont and leans hard into shaken espresso drinks and made-to-order handhelds, according to Ziggi's. Menu callouts include the Coconut Caramel Shaken Espresso and the Brown Sugar White Chocolate Shaken Espresso, along with food options like the Pesto & Turkey Sandwich, Ham & Swiss Croissant Sandwich and the Cheesy Chicken Melt.
