Raleigh police say officers were called around 11:09 a.m. Saturday for a report of a dead person on Bassett Trail. When they arrived, they found the body of 72-year-old Arthur Upchurch. Investigators later arrested 66-year-old Sandra Hunter and charged her with his murder. According to WTVD, officials say the case remains active and under investigation.
