Covington just scored a new spot for serious snackers. Graze Craze, the franchised charcuterie chain known for highly curated, Instagram-ready grazing boards, has opened its first Louisiana shop in the city. The 1,100-square-foot location is locally owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Jessica and Steve Sintes, and it is set up to serve everything from low-key weeknight orders to full-on party spreads, with curated grazing boards, gluten-free options and local delivery on the menu.
According to New Orleans CityBusiness, the new shop is tucked into the Pinnacle Parkway shopping center next to Costco and quietly opened its doors this week. Jessica Sintes told the outlet that the couple chose to franchise with Graze Craze because of its elevated presentation and focus on quality, house-made ingredients. The Covington store keeps hours Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday and Monday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
What They Serve
The franchisor Graze Craze describes its in-store teams, dubbed "Grazologists," as specialists in assembling boards, boxes and full grazing tables built from premium meats, seasonal produce and house-made dips. Core offerings typically include the classic Gone Grazey, the vegetarian Vegegrazian and the Sweet & Grazey dessert board, all available in sizes that run from single-serve cups to larger party-ready layouts. The concept leans on pickup and local delivery rather than full-service dining, which positions the Covington shop as an events-friendly option for gatherings across the Northshore.
Brand Growth
Graze Craze has been expanding quickly in recent years, nearly doubling its footprint in 2023 and planting new locations in multiple states as a franchised brand under the United Franchise Group umbrella. Industry coverage has highlighted the chain's franchising momentum and its plans for dozens more stores nationwide. Fast Casual reported that the brand has seen solid growth along with positive same-store sales trends.
The Sintes family says it intends to plug directly into Covington's business and nonprofit circles. Steve Sintes serves as president of the Pam Sintes Memorial Foundation, which raises money for the New Orleans Family Justice Center, according to New Orleans CityBusiness. The couple has also joined the local chamber and wants the shop to become a go-to resource for fundraisers, corporate catering and neighborhood get-togethers. Customers can place orders for pickup and local delivery through the Graze Craze online ordering platform, and the Covington store is listed in local business directories with a contact number at (985) 624-8315. The St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce also lists the shop at Pinnacle Parkway with contact information for customers and event planners, and as the business gets settled, the Sintes say they plan to lean into catering and local events to build long-term community ties.
