As reported by the Pittsburgh Business Times, the URA-RIDC partnership sold the parcels to Becknell Industrial in a packaged transaction totaling $25.75 million. URA board documents detail the conveyances: 2006 Broadhead Fording Road at $23.75 million and 217 Beechnut Drive at $2 million, along with authorization for the agency to execute the deeds.

The 25-acre tract was originally bundled for industrial reuse under a public-private partnership announced in 2022, with a plan for two 150,000-square-foot distribution buildings, according to RIDC.
