Rise N Shine, a new food truck from longtime restaurant worker Misty, is gearing up to roll onto local streets with a menu built around breakfast and brunch, plus burgers and sandwiches for later in the day. Regular stop locations are still being locked in, and the team says it will release a full schedule as opening day gets closer.
Misty told What Now, "We're hoping to open on the 23rd." She said she has worked in restaurants since she was 15 and has "about 30 years" of food-service experience, which she explained helped push her to finally run her own operation.
