Fairview Town Center just scored a candy-colored fever dream of a restaurant, where tacos share the spotlight with churros and towering milkshakes. Tick Tock Taco x Churro On Top has taken over a two-story space and packed it with roughly two dozen taco options, more than 50 decorated churros, oversized shakes and a small arcade. The dual concept quietly opened in late February and is already cranking out pickup and delivery orders.
According to CultureMap Dallas, the mashup sits at 201 Town Pl. inside Fairview Town Center and is pitched as a wild, family-friendly hangout. The outlet reports that husband-and-wife founders Mo and Anum Khan are behind the concept and intentionally leaned into an Instagram-ready, playful design for the shared space.
Churro On Top advertises more than 50 gourmet churro varieties and over 40 handcrafted milkshakes on its site. The brand started in Arlington, expanded to Richardson in 2024, and its locations page still labels Fairview as a “new” spot, even as the Fairview shop is up and running this month.

Tick Tock Taco highlights fresh, organic ingredients and says it serves 100 percent Zabihah halal meats, while the combined Fairview menu leans into big flavors like beef bulgogi, brisket birria and tandoori chicken. The restaurant’s online ordering platform lists prices for single tacos and combos, and it lays out churros and specialty shakes that range from simple sweets to full-on, camera-ready showpieces. Family-friendly features
The Fairview outpost includes an arcade-style “Catch Club” prize area, giving kids and grown-ups another excuse to linger after dessert. The shop hosted a grand-opening party on February 28 that featured live music, giveaways, first-customer perks and family-focused activities, according to the HappeningNext listing.
Plans to grow
The Fairview location is not the endgame for the concept. Churro On Top lists Erie, Pennsylvania, as a planned 2026 opening, and local coverage notes that the team is also eyeing Fort Worth for another 2026 outpost. The Fairview store itself doubles down on the fun factor with claw machines and prize-style games baked into the concept, CultureMap Dallas reports.
