Constable Shares Photos From The Stop
According to Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4, deputies carried out the felony stop at FM 1960 Road East and Woodland Hills Drive after spotting a vehicle that Houston police had listed as stolen. In a social media post, the precinct shared photos from the scene and noted that deputies "safely detained" the suspect and locked down the area during the recovery. The post also encouraged residents to follow the constable’s social channels to keep up with arrests and traffic alerts in real time.
FM 1960 Corridor Has Been A Focus Of Patrols
The FM 1960 corridor has become familiar ground for Precinct 4 when it comes to traffic enforcement and stolen vehicles. Click2Houston reported a comparable case in June 2025, when deputies pulled over a vehicle on FM 1960 Road East and discovered it had been stolen from the estate of the late boxer George Foreman. Coverage of multiple Pct. 4 stops along FM 1960 has highlighted a continued pattern of stolen-vehicle recoveries in the area.
Precinct 4 Points Residents To Its C4 NOW App
The constable’s office regularly steers residents toward its "C4 NOW" mobile app, which provides live feeds on arrests, traffic issues and safety alerts. The office also frequently urges the public to follow its Facebook and Instagram accounts for immediate updates. Constable Mark Herman’s Office lists links to download the app on both the Apple and Google app stores. As of the latest update, the precinct’s post about Tuesday’s stop did not identify the person taken into custody or specify any charges.
