According to Lee & Associates NYC, the extension runs five years and seven months and comes with an asking rent of about $57 per square foot. Brokers Woody King, Noah Caspi and Todd Korren of Lee & Associates represented Amiee Lynn. Michael Joseph and Aidan Campbell of Colliers handled the deal for the landlord.
