Galveston's latest luxury high-rise has officially joined the skyline a little ahead of plan. Tiara on the Beach, a 10-story, 63-unit beachfront condominium from Houston-based Satya Inc., has reached its topping-out milestone about three weeks early. The roughly $130 million glass-clad tower is rising on the island's West End Seawall, moving from foundation work to its final structural pour after construction began in December 2024 following a multi-year permitting run. It is the first major luxury condo tower to hit this stretch of the island in more than 15 years.
Crews wrapped the final structural pour on Thursday, putting the build notably ahead of the original timetable, according to the Houston Business Journal. That reporting also notes the project followed a three year permitting stretch before finally breaking ground late last year.
Where it sits and what it includes
The tower is going up on roughly 2.9 acres at 10525 San Luis Pass Road, directly on the West End Seawall and next door to the Diamond Beach Condominiums, according to the Houston Chronicle. Inside, plans call for 63 residences with floor to ceiling windows, private elevators serving most units, and a mix of one, two and three bedroom floor plans.
Pricing, per the Chronicle, starts near $1.2 million and climbs above $3 million, putting Tiara on the Beach firmly in the ultra-upscale column. Nan and Company Properties is handling marketing and sales for the project.
Developer, sales gallery and timeline
The Tiara on the Beach website lays out a resort-style amenity package, including an infinity-edge pool, wine room, fitness facilities and a pickleball court. The developer lists a sales gallery at 4918 Seawall Blvd., Suite C, where would-be buyers can dig into the details if those seven-figure price tags do not scare them off.
Developer materials and marketing PDFs on the site indicate that construction financing is already in place and that the team is targeting owner move ins in 2027. Floor plans, finishes and pricing are all available for review online.
Coastal context
This topping-out moment is landing amid a new wave of high-end development on Galveston Island and renewed scrutiny over what it means to keep building right on the waterline. Reporting from The Washington Post has chronicled the debates over erosion and long-term sea level risk that have shadowed recent Seawall projects, Tiara on the Beach included.
What's next
With the structural shell now complete, the project shifts into its next phase: interior build-out, amenity construction and landscaping as Satya moves toward eventual unit delivery. Buyers and curious neighbors alike can track progress and comb through floor plans, finishes and sales materials on the Tiara on the Beach website.
