Brown Deer Road Corridor Has Seen Other Incidents
The area around 82nd and Brown Deer Road has been the backdrop for other violence in recent months. A WISN report last October detailed a gas station shooting near the same intersection that left a person injured. That earlier coverage noted that police regularly ask neighbors for tips or surveillance video after incidents in this corridor, highlighting ongoing safety concerns in the area.
Police Ask For Tips
Milwaukee police are asking anyone who may have information or video related to Sunday’s shooting to call 414-935-7360. Anonymous tips can be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 414-224-TIPS or through the P3 Tips app, the department told FOX6 News Milwaukee. Investigators have not released the victim’s name or an updated condition as of publication, and the case remains active.
