Troopers were called to the mall around 7 p.m., recovered a handgun at the scene and began sweeping the area near the Cabela's outparcel. The mall stayed open, but investigators asked people to steer clear of the perimeter while officers worked.

Delaware State Police told CBS Philadelphia that one person was taken into custody. A second suspect remained at large, described as a male wearing all black clothing and a black ski mask, and believed to be armed with a handgun.
Troopers said the fleeing suspect was last seen running near the Cabela's outparcel and may have left the complex in an unknown direction, according to the report.
