Joe & The Juice is on its way to Waterford Lakes Town Center in east Orlando, according to local reports. The pink-accented juice and coffee shop is set to become the brand’s second publicly announced Central Florida location after a Winter Park site was revealed in January. The move keeps Waterford Lakes and nearby University area shopping centers on the radar for national and international food concepts.
According to WhatNow, the chain will take over a roughly 3,100 square foot space at Waterford Lakes, with no opening date yet on the books. WhatNow reports the listing first surfaced in a LinkedIn post from Kimco Realty.
Where It Will Sit
Waterford Lakes Town Center sits on North Alafaya Trail near the University of Central Florida and is part of Kimco Realty’s Lifestyle Collection. Kimco’s listing says the center pulls in roughly 14.7 million visits each year, according to Kimco Realty. That kind of traffic makes the complex an easy sell for national brands courting students and nearby residents. The Joe & The Juice lease adds another pink-branded concept to a lineup that already includes grocery, services, and quick service restaurants.
Second Central Florida Spot
The Waterford Lakes deal follows the earlier buzz around Joe & The Juice’s first Orlando area outpost in Winter Park. Local outlet Bungalower reported in January that a storefront near the Whole Foods on Lee Road had window signage announcing an upcoming opening. With both leases in play, the chain appears to be making a measured push into Central Florida beyond its existing Miami area footprint.

Joe & The Juice traces its roots to a 2002 juice stand opened by Kaspar Basse in Copenhagen, per the company’s own history. The brand has since grown internationally, and the Los Angeles Times notes the concept now operates more than 300 locations worldwide. Its menu leans on cold-pressed juices, coffee, and toasted sandwiches, served in compact, design-forward shops that play up quick service and a social media-friendly aesthetic.
