Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced the verdict in a post on X, telling followers that his office had secured an "all-count" conviction and directing the public to more details about the prosecution through his X post.
Video shows the shooting
According to authorities, surveillance footage captured a masked gunman firing inside the liquor store, then shooting Gainey as he tried to leave. The 25-year-old collapsed near a neighboring deli and was taken to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, as reported by FOX 5 New York.

Investigators later found Wilson already behind bars in a federal prison in Maine and extradited him to New York to face murder and weapons charges, according to reporting by the New York Daily News.
