The breakthrough came after a Crime Stoppers tip pointed investigators to a woman living in The Villages. Detectives said they used photographs and a DNA sample from Debra’s sister to confirm the match. As reported by ABC7, the woman was arrested in Marion County, and investigators later learned Michelle had been raised under a different name.
