A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 in Mercer County left one man dead yesterday, according to officials. The pileup happened near mile marker 7 in Lackawannock Township and involved several vehicles. The victim, described only as an adult male, was pronounced dead at the scene, and Mercer County authorities later ruled the death accidental.
Mercer County Coroner John Libonati said in a statement that the man died from blunt force trauma to the head and chest, and confirmed the manner of death as accidental, according to WTAE.
