According to deputies, Keenesburg officers stopped the car at mile marker 38 westbound on I-76 after a traffic complaint was called in near mile marker 48. A reporter who had been driving behind the vehicle told investigators the driver matched the reporter's speed when he slowed and later appeared unclothed and allegedly masturbating while operating the vehicle. Deputies say they found five other calls for service dating back to Nov. 18, 2025, and posted a mugshot identifying the suspect as 35-year-old Omar Rodriguez. The sheriff's post says Rodriguez was booked on suspicion of six counts of indecent exposure and was given a $7,500 cash/surety bond.
