This winter, Katy Mills Mall quietly slipped three new storefronts into its lineup, adding two dining spots and a collectibles shop to the sprawling outlet center. La Crep’n Go began serving sweet and savory crêpes on Nov. 8, Ciccio’s Pasta opened its full-service Italian kitchen on Jan. 16, and Pika Park, a shop for collectible toys and tech gadgets, debuted Feb. 8. Together, the new arrivals give shoppers more reasons to linger at the mall beyond the usual outlet names.
What each new spot serves
La Crep’n Go leans into dessert-style and savory crêpes, with items that range from Nutella and fruit fillings to more inventive flavors like pina colada, according to La Crep’n Go. Ciccio’s Pasta markets house-made pastas, classic sauces and a selection of pizzas and appetizers, per Ciccio’s Pasta. Pika Park stocks blind-box collectibles, figurines and small tech gadgets for collectors and gift shoppers, as shown on Pika Park.
Where to find them inside Katy Mills
All three businesses are listed in the mall directory at 5000 Katy Mills Circle, and the updated roster shows La Crep’n Go, Ciccio’s Pasta and Pika Park among the center’s food court and inline tenants. Simon Property reflects the new additions, and a Feb. 25 mall news release summarized by Community Impact lists suite numbers and opening dates.
Katy Mills' bigger tenant push
The flurry of openings fits a wider push by Katy Mills to diversify beyond outlet brands: national names such as Primark have joined the center and sit-down concepts are in the pipeline. The Houston Chronicle has reported on those larger moves, including a multimillion-dollar remodel tied to an incoming P.F. Chang’s location. Local economic development updates have also tracked tenant additions as part of the mall’s ongoing refresh, signaling the center’s effort to blend experiences with value retail.
